IMPORTANT: Please be sure that any documentation uploaded is oriented correctly, preferably in PDF format.  For staff documentation, if the number of staff names exceeds the amount of spaces, please feel free to upload a spreadsheet or page listing the names and their associated documents, such as training certificates. If the number of documents exceeds the number of uploads available, we recommend combining multiple documents into a single file either by staff member or by Standard (and listing or bookmarking the document where each essential component can be found). You can also upload compressed zip file.

PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD BLANK DOCUMENTATION. If you do not have a document to provide for a specific section, please notify the Accreditation team of what is missing and why so that we can recommend next steps. If the application has been submitted with blank documents, we will notify you of what is missing and that we will be unable to process your application until those documents are received.
